Mark acquired his California Real Estate License in 1991 and spent the following 5 years purchasing investment properties in Northern California and Nevada. Continuing his pursuit to work with the individual, Mark started his own mortgage business as a Certified Mortgage Planner in 1998. He maintained that business for the past 15 years.
After leaving the mortgage business, Mark used his Real Estate License to help buyers and sellers. Eventually, he focused his career on property management and has been doing this for the past 8 years.
For the past 18 years, Mark has coached and mentored other business owners through the BNI (Business Networks International) Organization as a certified Director Consultant assisting small business owners to grow their companies through referral marketing.
In 2015 Mark was the past President of the Women’s Council of Realtors®, Peninsula network, an organization dedicated to the advancement and development of leadership skills for Realtors in the Real Estate Industry. Mark has presented at the California State Meeting for Women’s Council of Realtors® in Sacramento and then later presented at their National Meeting in Washington D.C. and has gone on to present to San Francisco Bay Area Real Estate boards.
Additionally, Mark holds certificates from the world-renowned Dale Carnegie Training system in Advanced Presentation, Human Relations, and Sales Skills, and he often speaks as the keynote speaker for groups around the Bay Area on topics ranging from sales skills to human relations.
Mark has lived with his wife and three children in Fremont for the past 34 years and has been married to his sweetheart for 36 years!
